Terms of service draft

Pilot service terms for the approved limited customer-data workflow.

Current service status

  • These terms are approved for a controlled limited pilot and do not authorize broad production launch.
  • The current service is a controlled MVP for questionnaire and tender response workflow validation with approved pilot material only.
  • Customer-data use is limited to the recorded pilot scope, authorized users, and accepted scanner-deferred controls.

Permitted use

  • Users may create questionnaire projects, upload or paste approved materials, extract questions, generate draft answers, review gaps and evidence, and export working response artifacts.
  • The assisted-service workflow is intended for human-reviewed supplier questionnaire and tender response preparation.
  • Users must keep each organization's data inside its own workspace and must not attempt to access another tenant's data.

Output limitations

  • Generated answers, tender prose, evidence suggestions, gap reports, and exports are working drafts for human review.
  • Supplier Copilot output is not legal, compliance, privacy, security, procurement, or tender-submission advice.
  • The service must not be used to fabricate compliance maturity, hide missing evidence, or submit unsupported claims.
  • Unapproved draft answers and unapproved generated tender prose are not customer-ready final content.

Customer responsibilities

  • Users must verify facts, evidence, assumptions, gap handling, and final wording before submitting materials to a customer or buyer.
  • Users must not upload secrets, credentials, private keys, production payment data, malware, or unapproved sensitive records.
  • Users must only upload files they are authorized to process and must follow their own confidentiality and procurement obligations.

Operational limitations

  • OCR for scanned PDFs, Stripe payments, broad self-service launch, and unrestricted production processing are not enabled.
  • Active malware scanning is deferred for the temporary Hostinger path under accepted pilot risk controls.
  • Full tenant deletion is available through the admin tenant-deletion flow.
  • Scheduled HTTPS health checks are active; hosted webhook alert delivery is deferred for the MVP.

No warranty in MVP

  • The MVP is provided for controlled validation and may change as security, policy, hosting, and operational requirements mature.
  • Exports and response packs are generated from available reviewed data and may be incomplete when source facts, evidence, or approvals are missing.
  • Any broader commercial, legal, or production terms must be reviewed and approved before expansion beyond the recorded pilot.
